Gucci joins in with the high-top sneaker trend together with designer brands like Jimmy Choo and Christian Louboutin. As featured in the picture above, the iridescent blue GG coated fabric with blue leather trim and interlocking G detail matches with the blue
GG imprimé bags I posted yesterday. Sadly I haven't got the chance to see this in person, hopefully I would. It is retailing for USD525.

Besides the blue high-top sneaker, there is the ankle-height version of it, retailing at an affordable USD425. The high-top sneaker also comes in striking silver, retailing at USD525 also.

Speaking about high-top sneakers, Gucci released this white leather shoe with grey nylon trim and black grosgrain trim featuring the clip detail. I took a few moments to actually like this as it didn't really struck me. At least this USD575 looks a lot better than the black one. Don't you think so?

I really like the combination of this shade of blue and red. The
white nylon with blue suede trim sneaker on the left looks very neat and casual, and affordable too at USD375. The lace up shoe in blue and white calf and red suede on the right looks a little bit weird, but weird good. It retails for USD455. It also comes in red leather retailing at the same price.

The white nylon sneaker just now also comes in 6 other colours which is black, white, blue, grey, and white with beige and yellow as shown in the picture above. With a mixture of nylon and leather, this sneaker retails for USD375 or €285, while the white/beige one on the left retails for USD385 or €295.

Last year, Gucci and Mark Ronson collaborated to design several sneakers. This limited-edition dark blue leather and orange canvas lace-up sneaker has its own special collectible packaging which includes silver collector's box with New York City map tissue paper, black nylon flannel bag, and interlocking GG charm. Purchasers will receive an exclusive vinyl produced by Mark Ronson as a gift. Oh and did you know that monogramming is available for this USD530 sneaker? Sweet!

I remember when Gucci released their slip-ons for Spring Summer last year, I went gaga over it for so long especially the blue one, but unfortunately I couldn't afford it that time. Overspent :-p The picture above shows the white GG fabric slip-on sneaker retailing at USD415 and the other one beige/blue diamante fabric with light brown leather trim retailing at USD395. These 2 are just ok only, didn't really wow-ed me.

Moccasins! I love Gucci moccasins especially the ones with the horse-bit detail. The horse-bit detail moccasin comes in 7 different choices. It comes in white, black and dark blue leather, taupe, brown and blue suede all retailing at USD390 or €290. The last one is in brown crocodile which retails for USD1590. My favourite ones are the white leather and blue suede.
Besides the horse-bit moccasin, Gucci also released a moccasin which features their new clip detail, which is the third one at the right. It comes in white and black leather, both retailing at USD560. I'd say it has the working-class mixed with a youthful look.

I always keep the best for the last! Last but not least, is the moccasin with patchwork detail. It's a black leather moccasin with dark blue snakeskin, grey leather, and dark grey crocodile trim. When I first saw it, I thought it was "just another shoe". Until I saw the catalog, I didn't believe what I read. Snakeskin? Crocodile trim??? Then I just look closer and see...
